How to Apply

Application Form for: CBSE from Nursery to Grade 10

Submit the duly filled form with a cheque of INR 10,000/- as the initial amount along with two post-dated cheques of the remaining balance (equally divided), dated June 1st and September 1st, payable in favour of The Jain International School, Mulbagal.

Note: Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

After admission confirmation, submit the following documents within the given timeline:

• Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation / Civic Authorities
• Latest Progress Report (if applicable)
• Two passport size colour photographs of student and parents
• Transfer / Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Wellness Record signed by a physician
